TEC APP REDESIGN
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
TEC (Touristic Enterprises Company) offers a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities across Kuwait. I worked on redesigning their mobile app to update the overall look, improve functionality, and better align it with user expectations and client requirements.
APPROACH:
The redesign was guided by UX/UI best practices, competitor benchmarks, and specific feedback from TEC. Our focus was on enhancing core features and introducing new functionality based on client goals.
KEY IMPROVEMENTS:
Updated the visual design to be cleaner, more modern, and aligned with TEC’s brand identity
Improved the search experience to make it faster and more intuitive for users to find facilities and services
Enhanced the wallet feature to make balance tracking and payment management easier
Introduced a new points and rewards system to encourage user engagement and repeat visits
Redesigned the admin panel with clearer data views and added essential features to support internal operations
Refined the overall navigation to reduce friction and simplify key user flows

OUTCOME:
The updated app delivers a smoother and more functional experience for users, with new features, while giving TEC’s team the tools they need to manage content and operations more efficiently.
