TEC APP REDESIGN

PROJECT OVERVIEW

TEC (Touristic Enterprises Company) offers a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities across Kuwait. I worked on redesigning their mobile app to update the overall look, improve functionality, and better align it with user expectations and client requirements.
 

APPROACH


The redesign was guided by UX/UI best practices, competitor benchmarks, and specific feedback from TEC. Our focus was on enhancing core features rather than overhauling the experience entirely.

KEY IMPROVEMENTS

• Updated the visual design to be cleaner, more modern, and aligned with TEC’s brand identity

• Improved the search experience to make it faster and more intuitive for users to find facilities and services

• Enhanced the wallet feature to make balance tracking and payment management easier

• Refined the overall navigation to reduce friction and simplify key user flows
