Birth Kuwait is a nonprofit company dedicated to supporting mothers and improving maternity care. They needed to update their current systems to allow for mothers to access their many services and shop, and to enable their admin and instructors to manage workshops more efficiently.

OVERVIEW

I led the initiative to redesign the website of Birth Kuwait, a website for new mothers that offers workshops and sells relevant items. The goal of the redesign was to create a more modern, user-friendly, and informative website that would help the business to attract new customers and grow its sales.

IMPLEMENTATION

I began by conducting user research to understand the needs and pain points of Birth Kuwait's target audience. I then developed a new website design that was focused on simplicity, clarity, and ease of use. I worked closely with the Birth Kuwait team to implement the new design and ensure that it met their specific requirements.

SOLUTION

The new Birth Kuwait website features a clean and modern layout with a focus on content. The homepage features a clear and concise overview of the business's services and products, as well as a call to action to book a workshop or shop the store.

The website also includes a blog section, where Birth Kuwait publishes regular articles on topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. This helps the business to position itself as an expert in the field and to attract new visitors to the website.

In addition to the public-facing website, I also designed a secure admin panel and dashboard for Birth Kuwait's team to manage the website and its content. The admin panel is easy to use and provides the team with all the tools they need to keep the website up-to-date and informative.

RESULTS

The new Birth Kuwait website has been well-received by the client, and they are excited to use all the new features that were not implemented in their previous site.

IMPACT

This case study highlights my ability to design and implement effective website solutions for businesses of all sizes. I have a deep understanding of user needs and am skilled at creating designs that are both visually appealing and user-friendly. I also have experience working with cross-functional teams to bring website designs to life.
