ARENA APP & WEBSITE REDESIGN

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Arena Kuwait is a world-class indoor venue for live entertainment, exhibitions, and sporting events, with flexible capacities from 1,200 to 5,800 attendees. I was brought on to redesign their website, mobile app, and internal dashboard — aligning the user experience with Arena’s premium identity while addressing functional needs across platforms.

APPROACH:
The redesign was driven by client requirements and focused on improving visual consistency, simplifying user flows, and ensuring scalability across event types. I worked closely with the team to streamline both the customer-facing experience and internal tools.

KEY IMPROVEMENTS:

• Redesigned the website and app to modernize the look and enhance usability across devices

• Improved content layout and navigation for easier event discovery and booking

• Built flexible UI structures that support a wide variety of event formats

• Redesigned the internal dashboard for smoother content management, event scheduling, and better data visibility

• Maintained a cohesive design system across all platforms to strengthen brand consistency
